There are things you can do<\/h2>\n

If your apartment is part of an AoC and the problem comes from a co-owner or an occupant in the AoC you can take action to stop the problem. The AoC usually has to give its approval for any temporary hire. Have they given it but you are still not happy? <\/span>My upstairs neighbour wanted to rent his home out via Airbnb. Only I didn't know that this was allowed. I contacted airbnboverlast.nl and asked them for advice. They went through the relevant documents and reports of the AoC meetings and said that Airbnb was permitted only if the AoC gave its approval. We did, but with some clear arrangements with the landlord. And he's keeping to them. Thank you for the good advice!<\/div>
